A $100.00 deposit towards the tournament host fee of $500 accompanies this application which will be refunded should the tournament
not be awarded to the league.

This application will be reviewed by the State Commissioner for consideration at the next State meeting. If accepted, the League is
obligated to host said tournament and a formal contract will be prepared and signed by both the League and State Commissioner.

If necessary, the field and facilities will be inspected and approved by the State Commissioner or his representative prior to the awarding
of the tournament.
