Like many organizations Babe Ruth is  working to keep up with current needs and desires of our programs throughout the state. We see trends here in the capital district and throughout the state that are consistent with those nationally. Specifically, there is a growing desire to provide more challenges and more recognition for the more skilled players.

To that end we have introduced something new that we hope will interest you. We plan to name All State Teams will be named from the 12 , 13 and 13-15 tournament trails. The purpose is to identify and promote the very best players state wide.

Promoting our talent

A key component of this event will be to promote the players. We expect to release bios of the players to both print and electronic media outlets.

Nominating process

• Player performance at the District and State tournaments will be noted and recognized by the tournament director and committees. 

 Selection Committee

Player nominations will be presented by tournament directions at the fall state meeting. The All State Selection Committee will consist of the District and State Commissioners.
