State Tournament Host Applications should be submitted to the State Commissioner. Tournament host sites will be awarded at the annual fall meeting of the state board of directors.
State tournaments are comprised of 8 teams from throughout the state. The tournament format is pool play. Tournaments normally begin on Friday with pool play continuing through Sunday. Single elimination rounds generally run through to the championship game on Wednesday.
Host leagues will enjoy the benefits of guaranteed participation and significant earning potential from concessions, souvenirs, and raffle income. Some leagues report earnings in excess of $5,000.
